Valentine (2001) and My Bloody Valentine (2009)

News Features:

  1. The new horror series “Welcome To Daisyland” will debut its first episode February 14th, 2019 on the BlackBoxTV channel on YouTube. Per the about page on their website “WELCOME TO DAISYLAND is a horror anthology series set behind the gates of the Daisyland Carnival, a music & mayhem shadow show. The carnival is a small but legendary one that began its run sometime in the early 1970s. No one knows for sure exactly when, only that is has appeared every fall, across the country in a series of vacant lots and overgrown fields, far from the reach of city lights and the law.” Their website has trailers, behind the scenes teasers and lots more information about the show. Definitely looks work checking out!

  2. I knew that somebody had to have done it, and I was right. Candy.com sells what they proclaim to be the world’s largest gummy candy heart. Life-sized and weighing in at 1 and pounds, this cherry-flavored anatomically-correct sweet delight can be yours for only $15.95. Cheaper on bulk orders if you want to give one to all of your friends, add a little fake blood, and walk around the park gnawing and slurping.

  3. Happy Death Day 2U gets a 2019 Valentine’s release with its official opening February 13th, 2019. A sequel to the 2017 film Happy Death Day, it promises more of the dark humor, scares, and gore that made the first one a pretty solid hit. Tree is transported back to the repeating day where she dies over and over again, only this time there are friends stuck in the loop with her. Warning, there is a serious spoiler of the first movie in the preview for the sequel. It also looks like you would get much more out of the sequel if you see the first one first. That said, it looks great and worth seeing for sure.

  4. A trailer for the new Child’s Play movie for 2019 has been unboxed (see what I did there), and it looks really awesome. They look like they are going back to the beginning of things for a reboot. It’s a bit of a teaser, and Chucky is pretty well hidden in the trailer, but it’s enough to get you hooked. It’s not clear that there’s even a supernatural element to Chucky now, and they may have gone in the direction of science fiction horror. This time around, the Buddi dolls are high tech robot companions made by a Kaslan Corporation, and they have a terrific tie-in website. You can see the trailer, read about the specifications of the Buddi dolls, read about other high-tech products by Kaslan, and hear a special message from founder Henry Kaslan himself.

  5. For serious fans and collectors of The Walking Dead, AMC’s official merchandising has just released a limited edition resin statue of Negan in action head-bashing a walker and fighting off two others for only $449.95. Limited to 1,000 copies. Of if you’d like something a little less expensive and more practical, they have an amazing assortment of stuff from shirts, to mugs, to toys, to lamps. Even if you don’t buy, it’s a fun site to poke around in. Just don’t get bit.
