What Happens

A man cries in the shower; he’s got a serious problem. We flash back to him cutting up fish, which he somehow turns into an erotic thing. We later see him with a bulge in his pants, and it’s throbbing excessively. He pulls the dead fish out of the trash can and buries it in the yard.

Not long after, he finds that he’s losing his hair and his skin is getting scaly. But that’s not the worst of it…

Commentary

Well, that’s a truly unique story.

It’s from Malaysia, and we don’t see much from them, so this is a nice surprise.

It’s not always entirely clear what’s going on, but some of it is all too clear. Our main character has a lot of self-control and self-esteem issues, and that leads to problems of a sexual nature.

The green lighting gives it all a sickly feel, but at times it’s too dark to see clearly, which is not good. The body horror and prosthetics are just about right, and it’s plenty weird.
