Synopsis
In a city where everyone is guaranteed a soulmate, Verena’s younger sister goes missing. In order to find her, Verena must uncover the truth behind the “Lifematch” system and what that means for her relationship with her own soulmate.
Commentary
This isn’t an episode of “Black Mirror,” but it sure could be. It’s got super-high production values, good acting, and a detailed plot and world building. It’s hard not to like this one as a sci-fi warning of what could come about, but it’s not exactly what I’d call horror. Dystopian sci-fi, sure, but not horror. Still, it’s very much worth watching.
