Synopsis
A woman walks in the door and collapses. There’s a lot of screaming outside. She activates her video camera. She wants to show people that it’s not only not too late, but that humanity can still start over.
She’s obviously sick with something. “I raised it from the very beginning,” she said. She got attached to it. It’s proceeding fast, and she knows she doesn’t have much time left.
Commentary
Each time the camera circles her, the progression of the infection gets visibly worse, and it’s a neat trick doing it all in one long take.
And then the big reveal of what’s going on. Not a good situation, and yeah, it probably is too late for humanity at this point.
