Synopsis

A woman is renting a sky rise apartment, and the Realtor is a high-pressure guy. She’s an international student, and she says she’ll take it.

We hear a 911 call about a domestic dispute situation. It’s the woman we saw earlier watching a video of something bad happening on her iPad. Whatever happened it was in this apartment, and now she’s stuck with a haunted apartment. The dead woman was stabbed eleven times, right there in the apartment.

She’s terrified of the “ghost,” which her friend explains can’t be real. Is it imagination, or is it as real as she thinks?

Commentary

There’s a lot of build-up, but not a lot of payoff, but I would imagine that if ghosts were real, this is how may of these stories would probably really end.

It’s well-shot, carefully lit, and looks good. There are probably more subtitles than is really necessary for a primarily English-speaking audience, but if you are into modern ghost stories, this is worth a watch.
