Synopsis

The year is 2037. Europe is in a state of complete breakdown. The owner of the last well of natural pure water becomes substitute father and husband. But when his well runs dry, he is forced to do the one last “trade”.

Commentary

I liked this one a lot. It starts out with a commercial for bottled water that promotes that it’s “now 90 percent pure!” Which is hilarious.

The main story is about a man who has the last well of clean water on Earth. Everything else is owned by some corporation that adds fillers and toxins to it. It turns out some people will kill for clean water.

After the main story is over, we see some real (I think) newspaper and TV stories about how water is being bought up by conglomerates today, which I think added an unnecessary political slant to what otherwise was an entertaining film.
